Leading local recruitment company One Way Resourcing required a bespoke KPI dashboard to help motivate their staff and track their targets. The dashboard was to be displayed on large TVs around the office and dynamically congratulate those who exceed their targets.

Summary

Mercury1 built the dashboard to automatically receive data from OWR's other systems and dynamically calculate, in real-time, the performance of the company.

With the new dashboard, senior staff can see at a glance which areas of the business are performing well (split by individual, team, office and company-wide), and individuals are motivated to perform by visibility of their performance and reward video footage.
